The funds of Quarz Capital may further be acquired by banks, securities dealers and independent asset managers (“Qualifying Intermediary”) in the name of clients, provided they have concluded a written discretionary management agreement that complies with the self-regulatory requirements of recognized industry associations, and provided further with respect to independent asset managers, that such independent asset manager meets the requirements set forth in Art. 6 para. 2 of the Swiss Collective Investment Scheme Ordinance.

In addition, certain other registration or distribution limitations exist, in particular for U.S. residents. Therefore, U.S. residents and Swiss residents who are not Qualified Investors must not access this webpage and are kindly asked to exit this page.
