About the Role

Join Quarz Capital's Asia Real Estate team as an intern and gain hands-on exposure to active value investing in Singapore-listed REITs and real estate companies. You will work directly alongside senior analysts on live investment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equity research and financial modelling on real estate companies
• Analyse REIT structures, valuations and corporate governance
• Prepare investment materials and presentation decks
• Monitor portfolio companies and market developments

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Finance, Business, Real Estate or Economics
• Strong academic record with analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Passion for equity markets and value investing

About the Role

As an Investment Analyst on the Asia Real Estate team, you will conduct in-depth fundamental research on publicly-listed real estate companies and REITs across Singapore and Developed Asia, supporting Quarz Capital's active value campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare research reports and investment recommendations
• Support shareholder engagement activities and campaign materials
• Monitor portfolio companies, industry trends and regulatory developments
• Liaise with management teams, brokers and industry contacts

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate or Economics
• 1–3 years of relevant investment or research experience preferred
• CFA candidate or holder preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
